For this event we will be in the beautiful town of Wirksworth, taking over the town hall from Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime.
We'll teach a mixture of songs we love and some of our original compositions. The weekend will be an inclusive, fun-filled event bursting with harmony, and a true celebration of community singing.

£115 (standard price)
Ticket price includes access to all the singing. Food and accommodation is not included.
For 18-25 years old we are offering limited spaces at a reduced price.

We’re looking forward to welcoming you into the beautiful Town Hall in Wirksworth for a weekend of harmony singing. Listed below is all the information you need for the weekend including suggestions of where to stay and how to travel.

Standard ticket: £115
If you're 18-25 we have limited places at a discounted price of £40 for the entire weekend.
Ticket price includes access to all the singing.
Accommodation and food is not included.
This year we are selling tickets based on your voice part, so we can achieve a good distribution across the group. If you have any questions or aren't sure which ticket to book, email us: benanddomsing@gmail.com.
If spaces have run out for your usual voice part, email us so we can put you on the waiting list or if possible, jig the numbers around.

**We are looking for a willing volunteer to help with teas & coffees and small logistical tasks. You'll be given a free ticket for the weekend. email us to show your interest**

These timings are a guide and will be confirmed a few weeks before the event
Friday: 20.00-21.30 (doors will open at 19.00 for refreshments)
Saturday: 10.00-13.00 / 14.30-17.00 + evening event 19.30-21.30
Sunday: 10.00-13.00
FAQS
Do I need to be able to read music?
No. Everything will be taught by ear. No sheet music will be given out. We want to encourage singers of all levels of experience to join us. There is no requirement to read music.
Do I need singing experience?
No. We encourage singers of all levels of experience to join us, including those who are workshop regulars to those people exploring singing for the first time.
Refund & cancellation policy
If you need to cancel we will offer a full refund on your ticket price up until 14.04.27. Cancellations between 15.04.27 & 29.04.27 will be offered a 50% refund. Refunds won't be available for cancellations after 29.04.27.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the weekend we will aim to reschedule. If the rescheduled dates don’t work for you then we will organise a full refund.

Cromford is the nearest train station to Wirksworth town ( 3 miles ), which is a local line from Derby.
You can get a bus (X17) from Cromford to Wirksworth.

PARKING
Parking in the immediate vicinity of the town hall is limited. Barmote Croft is nearest, but has limited space. The Market Place has a maximum 4 hours stay.
We could recommend heading to Canterbury Road car park. This has more spaces, plus you can park on the road itself free of charge. It's a short walk up the high street to the venue.
